Unlocking the functional dynamics of membrane proteins by HDX-MS

In this talk, Dr. Argyris Politis will describe how HDX-MS can be used to gain mechanistic insights pertaining the function of challenging transmembrane proteins. He will be focussing on the mechanism of secondary transport and the dynamic interplay between GPCRs and their cellular partners.
